In the meantime, follow the 5S's and do not: Spray, Sweat, Swim, Sleep, & Shower. We know maintaining your jewelry is important and if you'd like to perfom a soft cleaning follow these instructions:
1. Mix one drop of soap with one cup of water.
2. Dip your jewelry in the solution and move it around in the water without hitting any edges present
3. For any hard to reach places, use a soft-bristled tooth brush or a small paint brush. Don't use old, hard bristles or apply too much pressure.
We offer 14k/18k/24k gold in rose, white, or yellow. We also offer platinum and various application options. Our metal is 14k unless otherwise stated, but everything should be available custom. Contact us for more information or try filtering our catalog by metal!

Our fine jewelry is made just for you! Due to our detailed process, lead time can take 4-6 weeks and shipping will be another 2 weeks.

We offer international shipping! Shipping may take extra time. Our standard shipping is 6 to 18 business days and out express shipping can get to you 1 to 5 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that allows you to track your order. For orders under $1,000 this email will contain your FedEx tracking number. For orders $1,000 and over, you can view the latest tracking updates.
Returns and exchanges
You'll get a free shipping label sent to your email within one business day. This label also provides insurance coverage for your item.
If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately at 1-800-423-7569. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by IberJoya. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within five days of receipt of your order. IberJoya is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.
To expedite an exchange for a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. Please allow two weeks for your refund to be processed. Alternatively, check to see if your new purchase is valid for our Trade Up Program. Please contact us for assistance.
